Terms of purchase

1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via our webshop. The company behind the shop is:

By ordering you accept our terms and conditions.


2. Order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of incorrect information or suspected abuse.


3. Prices and payment

All prices are in SEK and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be reported before the purchase is completed.

4. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 5–7 working days. Delivery is via citymail, which will send you a text message when your package has arrived for delivery options.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but are happy to help you track the shipment.


5. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods, according to the law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email before returning the item. We will then contact you with information on how the return process will work depending on your order.

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping of SEK 50, unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return.


6. Complaints

If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us at Platinumsportswear@hotmail.com with order number and pictures of the defect. We are responsible for return shipping if the complaint is approved.


7. Personal data

We handle personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read more in our privacy policy.


8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as delivery delays beyond our control.


9. Dispute

We follow Swedish law. In case of dispute, you can contact the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN) or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
